a sampling of them.
- Network
design, installation and maintenance. We can design networks
for businesses, using network file servers, so that all documents
and files that are used by the employees are stored in a central
location and can be backed up properly, and managed centrally.
This also can provide security to the files, so that users who
don’t
have rights to view specific items can be blocked from accessing
them.
- E-mail
services using Microsoft Exchange Server. If a business organization
has a need to provide e-mail services to their employees,
and they
have a broadband internet connection with a dedicated internet
address, we can implement an Exchange server in the organization.
This e-mail
server will give the business the ability to host their own
e-mail, and in many cases provide them with an identity through their
e-mail
that they cannot otherwise get.
- Network
and internet security. Network security is the number
one greatest concern today. We can implement
Anti-Virus services
on a
network-wide basis that will protect companies from virus
attacks. We can also provide protection from hackers for businesses
that
have broadband internet access. We implement firewall appliances
to prevent
hackers from entering a network and accessing sensitive information,
or damaging the computers on that network. As a business
owner, ask yourself, can I afford to have my client data exposed
in
this way,
and can this data be recreated easily? In almost every case,
the cost to recreate this data will be substantial. The solution
is to implement a security plan that includes anti-virus software
and firewall
protection.
- Industry
Specific software. Nearly every industry has special software that
they use. We work with many vendors who create
software for
specific industries. There is no reason for you to have
to manage the software yourself. We can install, configure and manage
it
so you don’t have to deal with the headaches of supporting
it yourself.
- Computer
repair services. We can also fix your computer. We can perform
repair services on computer that have
any number
of problems.
- Home
user support. We will visit you at your home, and assist you with
your home
computer needs, including repair
of your
home PC.
We can also set up a home network to allow you to share
printer and data between computers throughout your home.
